Payment methods

The following payment options are available:

  • Paypal
  • Prepayment by bank transfer

When paying in advance, the account details will be indicated on the invoice. Please enter your name and your customer number under the purpose of use for the exact assignment of your order.

Shipping policy

Sized Line

The Sized Line incurs additional shipping costs, which can be found in the shipping cost calculator at check-out.

Custom line

After the payment, the footprint-box will be shipped to the delivery address specified by the customer within 1-3 working days (outisde Germany 5-7 working days). After receiving the footprint-box with your footprint, the pads will be produced and sent to the delivery address specified by the customer.

Deliveries within Germany:

5.90 Euro for Custom Line shipping includes the following shipping methods:

  1. Shipping of the footprint box to the customer
  2. Return shipment of the footprint box from the customer to PADICS
    (for the return of the footprint box a return label is enclosed)
  3. Shipping of the finished Custom Line to the customer

Deliveries outside Germany:

15.50 Euro for shipping the Custom Line to other EU countries and Switzerland includes the following shipping methods:

  1. Shipping of the footprint box to the customer
  2. Shipping the finished CustomLine to the customer
    The cost of returning the footprint box to PADICS must be paid by the customer, as it is unfortunately not possible for us to integrate the return shipment from abroad into the order process
